CV, RÉSUMÉ, EXPERIENCE
WHATEVER YOU CALL IT;
SEE WHAT I’VE LEARNED
I’m the person teams call when a creative problem refuses to stay in one lane. Across nearly two decades spanning B2B brand strategy, creative direction, user experience, integrated campaigns, production, MarTech, and AI-enabled operations, I’ve turned complicated business needs into clear systems and launch-ready work. I’m equally comfortable setting direction, coaching a team, untangling a process, or getting into the files myself—and I bring curiosity, high standards, and a low-ego approach that keeps ambitious work practical and moving.
EXPERIENCE
RED CAFFEINE
Lombard, Illinois
Production & Martech Manager
January 2025–August 2026
Managed a design and development team while balancing an average of 15–20 weekly assignments across six active accounts at any given time. I set priorities, delegated work, removed blockers, and kept major initiatives moving across a 35+ client portfolio throughout my tenure.
Owned intake and quality control for production, MarTech, ecommerce, estimator, quote-tool, and website requests. I translated business needs for developers and vendors, reviewed solutions, stepped into stalled work, and stayed accountable through testing and launch.
Built employee onboarding, access, file-governance, and technical-support systems around 1Password, Slack, Figma, Google Workspace, and core software. I created SOPs, recorded training, standardized handoffs, and gave new hires a dependable support path.
Led HubSpot enablement and evaluated MarTech and AI tools including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and OpenClaw for client, operational, and leadership use. I mapped requirements, tested integrations, documented risks, and supported responsible adoption.
Developed high-stakes pitches, presentations, proposals, estimators, and solution concepts while remaining hands-on in creative and technical execution. Leadership also relied on me to evaluate vendors, review candidate portfolios, and advise hiring decisions.
RED CAFFEINE
Lombard, Illinois
Senior Art Director
January 2022–January 2025
Led B2B brand, website, campaign, and sales-enablement engagements from discovery through launch. I translated business problems into creative direction, presented to clients, directed cross-functional teams, and stayed hands-on in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Expanded into agency technology leadership by administering Figma, Slack, and AI tools while serving as an informal technical resource. I held recurring training, documented workflows, onboarded staff, and resolved issues from routine access to urgent outages.
Built and optimized HubSpot, Ortto, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Zapier workflows spanning email, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, and sales follow-up. I connected campaign strategy to the systems, automations, and reporting required to sustain customer engagement.
Managed and mentored a junior designer while helping lead the design and development team. I ran one-on-ones, coached craft and process, reviewed workloads and hours, created documentation, and gave designers and developers real-time guidance through complex delivery.
Mapped campaigns, websites, email journeys, and implementation plans in FigJam and Lucidchart, then supported WordPress and Umbraco delivery with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript edits. Clear visual plans aligned clients, account teams, creatives, and developers before launch.
RED CAFFEINE
Lombard, Illinois
Art Director
January 2021–January 2022
Assumed day-to-day responsibility for agency creative during a period when I was the only dedicated creative lead. I directed concepts, produced the work, presented to clients, reviewed final files, and kept brand, campaign, web, and production requests moving.
Managed a junior designer and began supporting the technology team, teaching internal systems, design fundamentals, and practical handoffs. I helped introduce Figma and Slack agency-wide, then built early standards that made collaboration and review more consistent.
Designed websites and interfaces in Figma, built layouts live with clients, and used Hotjar to refine navigation and content. In Markup.io, I coordinated feedback among clients, account teams, designers, and developers until each experience worked as intended.
Planned and produced paid search, paid social, organic social, email, print, video, and environmental campaigns. I used Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and ContentStudio to schedule, monitor, and adjust content based on timing, format, audience response, and campaign goals.
Built lead-generation and follow-up systems using Autopilot, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, and connected website forms. I worked with client sales teams to turn campaigns into practical journeys that captured interest, supported follow-up, and reduced manual work.
RED CAFFEINE
LOMBARD, ILLINOIS
SENIOR DESIGNER
JANUARY 2020–JANUARY 2021
Produced B2B brand, campaign, sales, social, presentation, and website assets in a fast-moving production role. I moved between UI design, custom illustration, photography, photo retouching, layout, and final-file preparation while maintaining quality across channels.
Designed responsive interfaces and Figma prototypes while supporting UX quality assurance for an e-commerce site spanning 9,000+ pages. I tracked navigation, content, media, interaction, and responsive issues with developers before and after launch.
Helped launch and operate Business as “Un”usual, a recurring multi-platform B2B livestream created during the pandemic that airs to this day. I built Restream workflows, configured channels, prepared guests, managed checklists, and troubleshot audio, video, and broadcast emergencies.
Created Great Game of Business presentations and internal financial communications that made company performance easier for the team to understand. I organized changing figures, narrative, and visual hierarchy into recurring decks leaders could present and discuss.
Produced trade-show booths, signage, apparel, wide-format graphics, technical illustrations, and vendor-ready files from concept through output. Photorealistic mockups, accurate dimensions, and production knowledge helped clients approve work before fabrication.
PARKER LEE CREATIVE
Greater Chicago Area
Founder & Creative Director
October 2010–Present
Since 2010, I have run an award-winning, one-person creative studio based in Montgomery, Illinois and serving clients across the United States and internationally. I own every relationship and have built a five-star reputation as seen on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and beyond
Created 225 custom logos and counting. These brands are expanded into practical visual identity systems. My work includes brand strategy, naming support, typography, color, guidelines, packaging, signage, apparel, social, and digital applications.
Design and build responsive websites connecting brand strategy, UX/UI, content, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and conversion. I structure information, prototype interactions, configure platforms, test performance, and train clients to manage their sites as needed.
Plan and execute integrated marketing across paid search, paid social, retargeting, lead generation, email, content, and organic social. I connect the message, audience, landing experience, automation, and reporting rather than treating channels as separate tasks.
Authored a decade-running Best and Worst Logos series that has earned critical acclaim, organic search visibility, and references from industry voices. The work combines design criticism, visual culture, research, and a distinct editorial point of view updated twice annually.
SYMBOLIQ MEDIA
St. Charles, Illinois
Art Director
November 2018–December 2019
Led the agency’s rebrand from strategy through market rollout, creating a new logo, visual identity, website direction, brand standards, presentation system, and sales materials. The work gave internal teams and client-facing channels one consistent foundation.
Led the design, web development, content, and social media teams across brand, campaign, website, and marketing assignments. I aligned briefs, creative direction, production standards, and quality review so every discipline contributed to one cohesive system.
Coordinated staffing, hiring support, assignments, timelines, and workload priorities across three production teams. I reviewed concepts, removed blockers, protected deadlines, and stepped into design, development, content, or production work when delivery required it.
Curated content and coordinated with clients and contributors to source authentic photography instead of defaulting to stock imagery. The resulting work felt specific to each organization and remained consistent across web, social, campaigns, and sales materials.
Led client discovery and presentations using live mockups and prototypes while serving as the agency’s technical and production escalation point. I translated feedback into decisions, solved file and platform problems, and carried paid media and web work through launch.
LOST BOYZ INC.
Chicago, Illinois
Senior Graphic Designer
September 2016–May 2019
Owned day-to-day creative for a youth-development nonprofit, giving athletics, mentoring, fundraising, and outreach one consistent visual voice. I worked independently, prioritized requests, and delivered materials a volunteer-led organization could put to work.
Designed annual reports combining program and financial data, participant stories, photography, and donor messaging. I turned raw documents and spreadsheets into clear editorial systems that demonstrated impact to families, partners, funders, and community leaders.
Produced fundraising videos, event promotions, social graphics, infographics, flyers, and campaign materials that made the mission easy to understand. The work balanced the energy of youth sports with the credibility required for donors, sponsors, and civic partners.
Managed Mailchimp newsletters and built Giving Tuesday campaigns across email, social media, graphics, and donor outreach. A coordinated message and reusable visual system helped staff communicate consistently instead of rebuilding one-off pieces for each channel.
Redesigned baseball and softball uniforms and extended the identity across team apparel, event materials, and community assets. The system connected what participants wore on the field with the nonprofit story presented to families, supporters, and donors.
GULF BUSINESS PRINTING
San Antonio, Texas
Senior Graphic Designer
January 2017–November 2018
Produced high-volume campaigns for multiple national restaurant brands, including a multi-brand restaurant group. I delivered billboards, banners, menus, email, landing pages, point-of-sale, direct mail, and localized promotions while adhering to brand standards.
Designed the UX and production workflow for a white-label ordering portal that let restaurant operators customize and order approved materials. The self-service system clarified product selection, customization, proofing, approvals, production handoff and handled shipping.
Built variable-data InDesign templates, imposition plans, and multi-up production files for location-specific offers, pricing, addresses, and contact details. The workflow increased accuracy, reduced manual rebuilding, and maximized material use across large print runs.
Quoted and planned bespoke multi-store, multi-district, and national campaigns involving procurement, kitting, collation, packing, and delivery. I coordinated specialty materials, quantities, schedules, vendors, and distribution details for complex white-glove programs.
Worked across design and the print floor, handling rush jobs, walk-ins, typesetting, prepress, Fiery-driven Canon output, wide format, trimming, finishing, and Pantone color matching. I troubleshot files and production issues before they became expensive reprints.
ECONOPRINT
Lake Delton, Wisconsin
Junior Graphic Designer
March 2015–November 2016
Managed recurring print for a national restaurant brand and leading Wisconsin Dells waterparks, resorts, attractions, and tourism operators. I balanced large accounts with walk-ins and rush jobs while keeping revisions, proofs, deadlines, and local details accurate.
Operated Canon and HP digital presses through Fiery while designing, preflighting, imposing, proofing, and producing client work. Hands-on press experience made calibration, color management, trim, finishing, file setup, and output quality part of every design decision.
Produced specialty print pieces using the Pantone Matching System, UV coatings, die cuts, folds, custom stocks, and on-site proofing. I matched each concept to the right substrate, ink, finishing method, quantity, budget, schedule, and available press capabilities.
Designed environmental graphics, attraction signage, menus, and branded experiences for major waterpark and tourism destinations at fabrication scale. The work had to fit architecture, remain legible from a distance, withstand real conditions, and install accurately.
Maintained quotes, purchase orders, procurement details, server files, naming standards, specifications, and proof histories across active jobs. I connected every revision to the correct stock, finish, quantity, approval, vendor, production method, and delivery.
ZEBRADOG
Madison, Wisconsin
Junior Graphic Designer
September 2014–December 2014
Designed environmental graphics for museums, healthcare spaces, heritage destinations, NFL stadiums, and NCAA Athletic programs. I translated research, stories, and visitor information into clear experiences built for real environments that wowed visitors.
Conducted archival and historical research to ensure exhibits, interpretive graphics, timelines, and environmental details were accurate. I reconciled source material, imagery, dates, and context before translating complex histories into accessible visual narratives.
Prepared exact, to-scale Illustrator and InDesign files that functioned like visual construction plans for fabrication and installation. I accounted for architecture, dimensions, materials, mounting methods, sightlines, viewing distance, and production tolerances.
Created multilingual interface maps and wayfinding screens for a museum help-desk kiosk around visitor goals, accessibility needs, and spatial context. Clear hierarchy, labels, and navigation cues allowed the interface to work without staff explanation.
Built concept decks, visual renderings, and photorealistic mockups that placed proposed graphics inside buildings and public spaces. Showing scale and context helped clients, architects, historians, fabricators, and stakeholders review, revise, and approve the work.
HIEBING
Madison, Wisconsin
Studio Intern
May 2014–August 2014
Supported designers, art directors, copywriters, and production specialists across restaurant, transportation, logistics, corporate, and public-affairs accounts. I moved between brand, campaign, editorial, illustration, photography, and presentation work.
Designed a lead-generation campaign for a national restaurant brand, adapting an established identity across coordinated promotional materials. The concept added fresh visual energy while preserving the typography, imagery, messaging, and standards of the parent brand.
Laid out and typeset annual reports in InDesign, organizing long-form copy, illustrated custom financial tables and graphics in Adobe Illustrator, and edited curated photography in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to create a cohesive visual system for an international shipping client.
Created original illustrations and retouched food photography in Photoshop for restaurant campaigns, presentations, and client materials. I corrected color, composition, texture, and detail while preserving the natural character that made each image believable.
Created logos and practical brand standards for two political action committees, translating competing stakeholder opinions into usable identity systems. Clear guidance for typography, color, layout, and logo use made future production faster and more consistent.
SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS
Schaumburg, Illinois
Graphic Design Intern
April 2013–September 2013
Completed a season-long internship supporting fast-turn creative around a professional baseball schedule. I produced game-day promotions, ticket offers, sponsor materials, event graphics, and late updates that remained accurate, on brand, and ready before first pitch.
Shot on-field and game-day photography, recorded and edited video, designed scoreboard graphics, and occasionally operated the stadium scoreboard. The work demanded fast judgment, technical reliability, and clear visual communication for live audiences.
Updated the WordPress website, assisted with email marketing, and produced social content for home and road games. I coordinated scores, schedules, promotions, sponsors, community events, and ticket messaging while details changed throughout the season.
Designed season-ticket materials, brochures, illustrations, print collateral, promotional graphics, and branded merchandise. I carried projects from concept through production-ready files while balancing sponsor requirements, fan engagement, budget, and game-day timing.
Helped curate promotional nights and coordinate product selection, ordering, setup, and delivery. I tracked vendors, quantities, approvals, production schedules, and event dates so giveaways and stadium activations arrived when the schedule required them.

CERTIFICATIONS
HUBSPOT IMPLEMENTATION FOR PARTNERS
HubSpot Academy
2026
Curriculum: HubSpot’s exam-based Implementation for Partners course taught me to plan platform rollouts across marketing, sales, service, and content teams. Scenario work covered discovery, configuration, migration, launch, training, adoption, and governance.
Outcome: I use that framework to turn stakeholder needs, data, and workflows into a clear, practical rollout plan. It helps me define owners, dependencies, documentation, training, and launch criteria so teams can use, manage, and trust the CRM after go-live.
SOLUTIONS PARTNER CERTIFICATION
HubSpot Academy
2026
Curriculum: HubSpot’s exam-based Solutions Partner course taught me how partners market, sell, deliver, and grow their services. I learned to package capabilities, build a repeatable sales model, set expectations, use partner resources, and structure delivery.
Outcome: I apply that model when I shape services, qualify fit, scope engagements, and explain what happens next. It gives clients and internal teams what they need most: clear responsibilities, repeatable delivery, and well-organized work around shared goals.
INBOUND MARKETING CERTIFICATION
HubSpot Academy
2026
Curriculum: HubSpot’s exam-based Inbound Marketing course taught me to build marketing around customer needs across the buyer journey. I studied audience research, content, lead nurturing, attribution, experimentation, automation, artificial intelligence and ROI.
Outcome: I use that thinking to turn customer questions into content, campaigns, and follow-up matched to the lifecycle stage. It keeps the creative work connected to segmentation, testing, reporting, and measurable business goals instead of volume or guesswork.
HUBSPOT MARKETING HUB SOFTWARE CERTIFICATION
HubSpot Academy
2026
Curriculum: HubSpot’s Marketing Hub Software certification paired a timed exam with nine practical exercises inside the platform. I built personas, segments, campaigns, calls to action, forms, emails, workflows, social posts, and reports that worked together.
Outcome: I use that hands-on training to connect campaign planning with the systems that deliver and measure the work. It lets me move between creative, CRM, automation, and reporting—the mix teams need when the message and the machinery must work together.
USER EXPERIENCE PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES
University of Michigan
2022
Curriculum: The University of Michigan UX course taught me how human behavior should guide design. Through assignments and peer-reviewed heuristic evaluations, I practiced interviews, ideation, sketching, prototyping, usability testing, and clear reporting.
Outcome: I bring that discipline into web and campaign work before changes become expensive. It helps me replace taste-based arguments with user evidence, find friction early, and explain decisions in language clients, developers, and stakeholders can act on.
CREATING HIGH-IMPACT CAMPAIGNS THAT TELL BRAND STORIES
IE Business School
2022
Curriculum: IE Business School’s project-based course taught me to turn discovery and brand values into a creative pitch. I completed brand analysis, positioning, visual storytelling, ad concepts, production planning, moodboards, and a peer-reviewed pitch deck.
Outcome: I use that process to find the central campaign idea and carry it through copy, imagery, channels, and production. It gives strategists, designers, vendors, and clients one shared direction, protecting the story as work moves from concept to launch.
FOUNDATIONS OF USER EXPERIENCE (UX) DESIGN
Google
2022
Curriculum: Google’s Foundations of UX Design course taught me the habits behind useful, accessible experiences. Hands-on work covered user-centered and equity-focused design, research bias, cross-platform work, design sprints, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Outcome: I use those habits to frame briefs, organize sites, review interfaces, and guide early decisions. They help me surface assumptions, build in accessibility, and give cross-functional teams a clear direction before design or development becomes expensive.
FACEBOOK BLUEPRINT
Meta
2018
Curriculum: Facebook Blueprint was Facebook’s self-paced learning program for Facebook and Instagram marketing. It taught me to connect business goals with campaign objectives, audiences, placements, mobile-first creative, delivery, measurement, and optimization.
Outcome: As Facebook’s tools evolved into Meta Business Suite, the planning discipline stayed useful. I use it to manage paid social around clear goals, choose creative for the audience and placement, read performance signals, and adjust without losing the brand.
