This Privacy page explains how Parker Lee Creative LLC, doing business as Parker Lee Creative (“Parker Lee Creative”), handles personal information through parkerleecreative.com and related website forms. The website is operated from Illinois, United States.

1. Information You Provide

Parker Lee Creative may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• contact details, project and inquiry information, links, messages, and other information you choose to enter into a website form;

• an email address when you request news or updates;

• a Website Terms acceptance choice, form identity, and submission date when a form includes that agreement;

• correspondence, feedback, privacy requests, and rights concerns; and

• information needed to administer an active or potential client relationship.

Fields marked required must be completed for that form to be submitted. Please do not include account credentials, government identifiers, payment-card information, health information, or other highly sensitive data in a general website form.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use a website form, Squarespace, Jotform, Google reCAPTCHA, and related hosting or security providers may automatically process technical and activity information such as:

• IP address and general location derived from it;

• browser, device, operating system, language, and network information;

• pages viewed, referring page, navigation or interaction events, and visit timing, depending on provider settings;

• cookie or similar identifiers and consent preferences; and

• form, fraud-prevention, availability, and security events.

The exact information available to Parker Lee Creative depends on provider settings, your browser, your consent choices, and the provider's own practices.

2A. Public Pages, Search, and AI Services

Public pages may be crawled, cached, indexed, summarized, linked, excerpted, or cited by search engines, AI-enabled search and retrieval services, social platforms, archives, and other third parties. Parker Lee Creative may receive ordinary server-log, security, analytics, or referral information from those interactions but does not control how third parties process public content or technical data. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, applicable law, and published machine-readable directives. The Terms describe permitted uses of website content.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure the website. The site uses Squarespace Analytics to measure website traffic and interactions. Google Analytics is not currently connected.

The website does not display a visitor-facing cookie banner, and Squarespace-supported nonessential cookies are not restricted. Squarespace Analytics and the Activity Log are enabled and may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website traffic and interactions. Necessary cookies and processing for security, form delivery, fraud prevention, or core site operation may also occur. Third-party services may use technologies controlled by their own settings and notices.

Parker Lee Creative does not currently treat Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals as a separate site-level request. Visitors can contact Parker Lee Creative with a privacy request. Squarespace, Jotform, Google, and other providers may process browser signals under their own privacy notices. Third-party providers may collect activity over time and across websites according to their own settings and notices.

4. How Information Is Used

Parker Lee Creative may use personal information to:

• respond to an inquiry and evaluate or administer a potential engagement;

• communicate about requested services, projects, or business matters;

• send news or marketing updates when requested and provide a way to opt out;

• operate, measure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website;

• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;

• keep appropriate business, tax, accounting, and legal records;

• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and

• comply with applicable law and valid legal process.

Parker Lee Creative does not exchange personal information for monetary payment. The website does not currently have a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics connection configured. The services described in this Privacy page may receive technical, activity, or form data for hosting, analytics, form delivery, communications, and security purposes.

5. How Information Is Disclosed

Information may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy page:

• Squarespace, which hosts the site and provides the footer email-updates form, contacts, analytics, cookies, security, and related platform functions;

• Google, which provides reCAPTCHA anti-spam and security services;

• Jotform, Mailchimp, email, and communications providers, which may process inquiry submissions, connected contact actions, form notifications, and correspondence;

• professional advisers and service contractors, when they assist with legal, accounting, security, technical, or business operations;

• government authorities or other parties, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address a dispute; and

• a successor or transaction participant, if the practice is reorganized, sold, or transferred, consistent with applicable law and the representations made when the information was collected.

If you follow an external link, use an embedded third-party service, or interact with a connected social platform, that third party may collect information under its own privacy notice.

6. Forms, reCAPTCHA, and Email Updates

Project and logo inquiry forms are provided by Jotform and may store submissions in Jotform, send notification copies by email, and pass contact information to a connected Mailchimp action. The footer Request Email Updates form is separate: it records the request in Squarespace and sends Parker Lee Creative an email notification; it does not automatically add the requester to a separate email-campaign mailing list. Google reCAPTCHA may process device and interaction information to distinguish people from automated abuse. Google processes reCAPTCHA customer data for security, fraud, and abuse prevention under the applicable reCAPTCHA service terms and data-processing terms.

The logo intake forms require a Website Terms acceptance before submission. Parker Lee Creative uses that choice and the associated submission record to document the agreement connected with the logo inquiry. The general contact forms do not include the same project-terms acceptance. The footer email-updates form is a separate request to receive updates and does not display a separate marketing-consent checkbox.

If you request news or updates, Parker Lee Creative may use the email address and consent choice for that purpose. You may withdraw that request at any time by using the opt-out instructions in a marketing message or emailing Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com with the subject Unsubscribe. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent service-related or legally required messages.

Project and logo-design inquiry forms pass submitted contact information to Mailchimp and currently add the contact to the connected audience with subscribed status. Parker Lee Creative may use Mailchimp to manage those contacts and send communications. A recipient can unsubscribe through the opt-out instructions in a message or by emailing Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com with the subject Unsubscribe.

7. Retention

Parker Lee Creative retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including responding to inquiries, administering engagements, maintaining appropriate business and tax records, resolving disputes, protecting the website, and complying with law. The period depends on the type of record, the relationship, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for a current concern.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, Parker Lee Creative will delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it where feasible. Residual copies may remain in provider backups, security records, or legally required records for periods controlled by those providers or required by law.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS, Squarespace account controls, and reCAPTCHA-based spam protection. Parker Lee Creative takes reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information and to use the information only for appropriate business purposes. No website, transmission, provider, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information submitted through the site may be at risk, contact Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com promptly with the subject Security Concern.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information associated with you, withdraw a marketing request, or ask how information was handled. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, some information may be retained or a request may be limited to protect another person's rights, preserve legal records, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Email Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com with the subject Privacy Request. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, but do not send highly sensitive identification documents unless specifically requested through a secure method. Parker Lee Creative may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

California visitors may use this same process to review or request correction of personal information collected through the website.

10. Children

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. Parker Lee Creative does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

11. International Visitors

The website is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations used by service providers, where privacy laws may differ. Parker Lee Creative will respond to rights requests required by applicable law but does not represent that the website is directed to or established in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

12. Changes

Parker Lee Creative may update this Privacy page to reflect changes in the website, providers, or legal obligations. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. If a change materially expands how Parker Lee Creative collects, uses, or discloses personal information, Parker Lee Creative will post a reasonably prominent website notice before or when the change takes effect and will request new consent where applicable law requires it.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to Hello@ParkerLeeCreative.com with the subject Privacy Request.
